一、性能、特點(diǎn)及用途--Performance,characteristics and application
A3SS-XT3 PLC敞開式系統(tǒng)自帶控制柜可獨(dú)立工作。適用于舊機(jī)床、進(jìn)口機(jī)床加配中心出水功能，無需改動(dòng)機(jī)床現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)行程序接電即可運(yùn)行。PLC控制柜可更改為其他模塊的控制方式，如AKP模塊、端子盒等。XT3配置有調(diào)壓溢流閥，可手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)0-選型的任何壓力值，標(biāo)配溢流裝置，當(dāng)液位控制器失效或者其他突發(fā)情況下，確保切削液不會(huì)溢出水箱，保證加工現(xiàn)場的整潔性。
A3SS-XT3 PLC control Cabinet High Pressure Coolant System with control cabinet can work independently. Applicable to old machine tools, imported machine tools with central water function, without changing the existing operation program of the machine to run. The PLC control cabinet can be changed to the control mode of other modules, such as AKP module, Terminal Box, etc. XT3 is equipped with a pressure-regulating relief valve, which can manually adjust any pressure value of 0-type selection, and the standard overflow device, when the level controller fails or other emergencies, to ensure that the cutting fluid will not overflow the tank and ensure the cleanliness of the processing site.
