一、性能、特點(diǎn)及用途--Performance,characteristics and application
鼓式過濾系統(tǒng)是由液箱、集污箱、濾紙、減速機(jī)、傳動機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)訊機(jī)構(gòu)、供液泵等幾部分組成。工作時(shí)利用過濾紙將冷卻液中細(xì)微的切屑及雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行分離。迷宮式設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)置多道過濾網(wǎng)，方便清理，高壓螺桿泵，排屑一體式的核心部件，具有高壓力，大流量，高性能的優(yōu)點(diǎn)；另外還有三過濾器，微米過濾，能有效的保護(hù)機(jī)床主軸和旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭。
Hydrostatic Drum Filter System is composed of a liquid tank, a dirt collecting tank, filter paper, a reducer, a transmission mechanism, a signal transmission mechanism, a liquid supply pump, etc. During operation, the filter paper is used to separate the fine chips and impurities in the coolant. The labyrinth design is equipped with multiple filter screens for easy cleaning. The high-pressure screw pump and the integrated chip removal core components have the advantages of high pressure, large flow, and high performance. In addition, there are three-stage filters and micron-level filtration, which can effectively protect the machine tool spindle and rotary joint.

適用于重切屑工況，渦旋分離器加多掛袋式過濾器配置，加立式安裝泵組撬裝結(jié)構(gòu)。兼容立式/臥式加工中心、車銑復(fù)合等產(chǎn)線的粗精加工，適應(yīng)加工鋼件、鋁件、不銹鋼件等。
Suitable for heavy chipping conditions, vortex separator with bag filter, vertical pump assembly skid-mounted structure. Compatible with vertical/horizontal machining centers, turning and milling production lines, and suitable for machining steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.
