AK-LBZ系列重型排屑機是一款機床輔助設(shè)備，專用于收集和輸送機械加工過程中產(chǎn)生的切屑至集屑箱。該設(shè)備輸送效率高、排屑能力強，鏈條節(jié)距為101.6mm/150mm，鏈板采用5-8mm鋼板，結(jié)構(gòu)為鉸接式鏈板。其主要零部件均經(jīng)過耐磨及耐腐蝕處理，運行平穩(wěn)，并配備機械過載保護裝置，確保安全可靠。（可選配電氣過載報警裝置）。該裝置是重型機床單機或車間集中排屑系統(tǒng)的理想配套設(shè)備，廣泛適用于重型機床、組合機床、加工中心及專機自動線中長屑、團屑及特殊材料切屑的輸送。
AK-LBZ Heavy-duty Chip Conveyor is a machine tool auxiliary equipment, which is specially used to collect and convey the chips generated during the machining process to the chip collection box. the equipment has high conveying efficiency and strong chip removal capacity. the chain pitch is 101.6mm/150mm, the chain plate is made of 5-8mm steel plate, and the structure is an articulated chain plate. its main parts have been treated with wear and corrosion resistance, and the operation is stable. it is equipped with a mechanical overload protection device to ensure safety and reliability. (electrical overload alarm device can be optionally equipped).this device is an ideal supporting equipment for a single heavy-duty machine tool or a centralized chip removal system in a workshop. it is widely used in the transportation of long chips, group chips and special material chips in heavy-duty machine tools, modular machine tools, machining centers and special machine automatic lines.
