一、性能、特點(diǎn)及用途--Performance,characteristics and application
AK-PLF管路過濾器可以安裝在不同等的壓力管路上，可以進(jìn)一步阻隔清除外部輸入或者管道內(nèi)部的元器件，由于自身磨損、破裂產(chǎn)生的及介質(zhì)本身化學(xué)作用產(chǎn)生的雜質(zhì)。該管路過濾器特別適用于自動控制系統(tǒng)、伺服系統(tǒng)和數(shù)控機(jī)床帶中心孔的刀具前端，可以防止高精度的控制元件、執(zhí)行元件，由于污染、早磨卡死或者防止細(xì)長的刀具通道堵塞，從而減少故障，延長元件的使用壽命。濾芯采用不銹鋼鋼絲（線隙式過濾器）、玻璃纖維制成，濾芯內(nèi)外有雙層的保護(hù)劑架，具有過濾精度高，過流量大，壓力損失小，容污能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
