一、性能、特點(diǎn)及用途--Performance,characteristics and application
AK-SMF管路過濾器由兩只單過濾桶、兩只單向閥、換向閥、發(fā)訊器等組成，它可在系統(tǒng)不停機(jī)的狀況下更換濾芯，適用于連續(xù)工作的中壓液壓系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)其中一只過濾筒的濾芯在工作過程中堵塞至壓差發(fā)訊器規(guī)定壓力值時(shí)，發(fā)訊器動(dòng)作，它可按上電源及提示器的提醒人們應(yīng)該換此濾芯。更換濾芯時(shí)，只要旋轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向手柄到另一位置后，備用的過濾筒開始工作，旋開已堵塞的過濾筒放油螺塞放完油后，再旋下外殼，即可更換濾芯。
The AK-SMF pipeline filter consists of two single filter buckets, two check valves, reversing valves, transmitters, etc. It can replace the filter element without stopping the system, and is suitable for medium pressure hydraulic systems that work continuously.When the filter element of one filter cartridge is blocked in the working process to the pressure value specified by the differential pressure transmitter, the transmitter acts, which can press the power supply and the prompter to remind people that the filter element should be replaced. When replacing the filter element, as long as the steering handle is rotated to another position, the spare filter cartridge begins to work, unscrew the oil drain plug of the blocked filter cartridge, and then unscrew the shell to replace the filter element.
