AK-ZH-YT2系列排屑機(jī)一體式綜合過濾系統(tǒng)由刮板/磁刮板排屑機(jī)、滾筒過濾器、油水分離機(jī)、液位檢測(cè)裝置、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、水箱及精過濾器等模塊組成。其特點(diǎn)包括滾筒自動(dòng)清洗、連續(xù)過濾、高精度過濾、免維護(hù)、無耗材，能夠充分滿足加工中心在沖屑、主軸內(nèi)冷及刀具冷卻方面的過濾需求。由于專用機(jī)床和加工中心對(duì)排屑量、冷卻液過濾精度及冷卻泵的流量和壓力有嚴(yán)格要求，用戶在訂購(gòu)時(shí)需提供相應(yīng)技術(shù)參數(shù)，以便優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)備適用于對(duì)冷卻液過濾精度要求較高的各類專用機(jī)床和加工中心，可用于鋁屑、鑄鐵屑等短碎屑的分離及冷卻液過濾。
AK-ZH-YT2 Chip Removal And CoolantFiltration System consists of a scraper/magnetic scraper chip conveyor, a drum filter, an oil-water separator, a liquid level detection device, an electrical control system, a water tank, a fine filter and other modules. its features include automatic drum cleaning, continuous filtration, high-precision filtration, maintenance-free, and no consumables. it can fully meet the filtering needs of the machining center in terms of chip flushing, spindle internal cooling and tool cooling. since special machine tools and machining centers have strict requirements on chip removal volume, coolant filtration accuracy, and the flow and pressure of the cooling pump, users need to provide corresponding technical parameters when ordering in order to optimize the design.this equipment is suitable for various special machine tools and machining centers that require high coolant filtration accuracy. it can be used for the separation of short chips such as aluminum chips and cast iron chips and coolant filtration.
