AK-GS-YT3系列排屑機(jī)一體式鼓式過濾系統(tǒng)是一種集鏈板或刮板排屑機(jī)與鼓式過濾系統(tǒng)于一體的復(fù)合排屑過濾裝置，適用于有色金屬和黑色金屬的團(tuán)屑、碎屑分離及冷卻液過濾。該設(shè)備運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、工作可靠，能有效徹底排屑，并在濕式加工過程中解決了普通鏈板排屑機(jī)因碎屑粘附鏈板而帶回殼體內(nèi)部的問題。該系列設(shè)備由刮板/磁刮板排屑機(jī)、鼓式過濾器、油水分離機(jī)、液位檢測(cè)裝置、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、水箱及精過濾器等模塊組成。其工作原理是利用過濾紙對(duì)冷卻液中的細(xì)微切屑及雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行分離，從而確保冷卻液的清潔度。
AK-GS-YT3 Chip Removal And Drum Filter System is a composite chip removal and filtration device that integrates a chain plate or scraper chip conveyor and a drum filter system. it is suitable for the separation of chips and debris of non-ferrous and ferrous metals and coolant filtration. the equipment runs smoothly and reliably, can effectively and thoroughly remove chips, and solves the problem of ordinary chain plate chip conveyors being brought back to the inside of the shell due to debris adhering to the chain plate during wet processing.this series of equipment consists of modules such as scraper/magnetic scraper chip conveyor, drum filter, oil-water separator, liquid level detection device, electrical control system, water tank and fine filter. its working principle is to use filter paper to separate fine chips and impurities in the coolant, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the coolant.
